Love everything about this incredible gem hotel. As a returned guest, I feel even greater appreciation for all of this hotel offers! The room is so lovely, spacious (esp. in Paris concept), clean, well facilitated.. AND let's not forget how wonderful their staff team are - I got to talk to some of them, what a lovely lovely group of people working in a lovely property! I even heard the owner of the hotel is very nice too! How heartwarming to hear that.... Special mention and appreciation to their lovely front desk gentlemen team: Raphael, Alfredo, Nicolas, Samir, for your excellent assistance and most importantly, your beautiful energy and heart! It made a great difference to my stay - je vous remercie!

Room was very clean, good sound-proofing (we were on the ground floor near reception but heard very little). Very comfortable bed with lovely pillows, towels and robes high quality and both a kettle and coffee machine that was replenished daily. As a trip to celebrate a special occasion the Hotel left us a courtesy bottle of bubbles which was very much appreciated. Tea and treats late afternoon daily was also a lovely option whilst planning the next day's activities. The free Wifi was very good and the staff welcoming.

The Hotel is well located and surrounded with everything I need. The Gym is just across the street, a few supermarkets are close to the Hotel, as well as metro station Liege. So one have all prerequisites for enjoyable staying in Paris. Rooms are clean, but not so spacious, beds are excellent. I have to praise the staff who is very friendly oriented, kind and ready to help.

I loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect, the room was spectacular and big compared with the average room in Paris. The balcony was also superb. We had everything we needed. The cleaning was perfect everyday. The staff was also exceptional, they were so helpful and nice! We will definitely return to this hotel! We highly recommend it!

The front desk manager was brilliant. He was friendly, fulfilled our request for additional pillows and checked in to see if we liked our room. The room was clean and well decorated. It had everything for morning coffee. The hotel was super convenient to restaurants and to St. Lazare train station where we needed to go early in the morning.
